13.10.461 Purposes of the Open Space Easement O Combining District.

The Open Space Easement Combining District is established to denote those lands for which an open space easement has been established in accordance with the provisions of Section 51050 of the State Government Code.

Those parcels which are restricted by an open space easement shall be designated with an O Combining District. When a contract expires or is canceled, the O Combining District shall be removed from the property.

In addition to the regulations on development imposed by the basic zoning district, no building or grading permit shall be issued for any development which would be in violation of the open space easement contract.
