The procedures set forth in this part shall govern the processing, approval, conditional approval or disapproval and filing of tentative, final and parcel maps and the modification thereof.

The time limits specified in this chapter for reporting and acting on maps may be extended by mutual consent of the subdivider and the Planning Director or by the Board.

Processing fees shall be established by resolutions of the Board for tentative maps, final maps, and parcel maps. See SCCC § 14.01.429 and § 14.01.430. The prescribed fees, plus recording fees, when applicable, must be paid when the maps are filed.

Notices of all actions taken pursuant to this chapter shall be in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 18.10 SCCC.
