In order that the final map may be adequately checked, it should be filed with the County Surveyor not less than three months prior to expiration date of the tentative map approval. All conditions imposed by this chapter and the tentative map approval which in any way may inhibit the checking of said map shall be met prior to its submittal. Once a timely filing of a final map is made with the County Surveyor which conforms to all the conditions imposed by this chapter and the tentative map approval, subsequent actions of the Board of Supervisors, including, but not limited to, processing, approving, and recording, may lawfully occur after the date of expiration of the tentative map. Requests for extension of time to file the final map shall follow the procedure set forth in SCCC §
