City of Rio Dell, CA Chapter 3.25 CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY

§ 3.25.010 Authority.

This chapter is adopted pursuant to the provisions of Sections 37201 and 37202 of the Government Code of the State of California.

§ 3.25.020 Demands.

All demands against the City of Rio Dell shall be presented to the Clerk.

§ 3.25.030 Audit.

All such demands shall be audited by the Clerk and submitted for examination and approval or rejection to the Council in the manner provided for in said Section 37202 of the Government Code.
