Minor architectural review to include the following:

Commercial/industrial exterior renovation.
b. 
New commercial/industrial buildings or enlargements of existing commercial/industrial buildings of less than 1,500 square feet.
c. 
Projects as designated by the planning director.

To be paid after project approval, prior to filing of notice of determination.

Applicant to pay actual cost of Department of Fish and Game Review Fee.
