The official seal of the city of South Lake Tahoe shall be in the form of a die and/or stamp approximately two inches in diameter.
The city seal consists of a blue circle with oblong spaces surrounding a white circle in which is written "CITY OF SOUTH LAKE TAHOE CALIFORNIA" with two leafy branches on either side of the word "CALIFORNIA." Interior of the white circle is a thin yellow circle, which contains the numerals "19" and "65" on either side of a blue depiction of the outline of Lake Tahoe, divided by a dashed white line, which terminates at a blue eight-petal flower in the lower right quadrant of the lake depiction. The face of which is substantially as set forth below:
