All uses permitted within the C-1 district shall be subject to the performance standards set forth in Chapter 17.28 and shall be subject to architectural and design review as set forth in Chapter 17.27.

If an applicant proposes a project that does not comply with the objective design and development standards for multifamily dwellings, the project will be deemed incomplete and the applicant shall be subject to architectural and design review by the Lakeport planning commission in compliance with Section 17.27.020.
