Unless otherwise expressly specified in the Village Code, any Owner or Person found to have violated any provision of this chapter, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine not exceeding $20,000 for each violation, regardless of any convictions for prior violations. Each day during which any of these offenses occur shall constitute an additional, separate, and distinct offense. The penalties provided for in this section shall not preclude prosecution for offenses under applicable New York State or Federal laws.
