There is hereby established a "right turn only" lane on the south side of Gage Avenue, west of Chalet Drive, and making a right turn on a red light from south Chalet Drive easterly onto Gage Avenue is hereby prohibited. This section shall take effect upon the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section, and the appropriate posting of "right turn only" and "no right turn on red light" signs, as set forth in this section.

It is unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to make a right turn on a red light from the northbound lanes of Garfield Avenue to the eastbound lanes of Gage Avenue or the eastbound lanes of Foster Bridge Boulevard. This section shall take effect upon the effective date of the ordinance codified in this section, and the appropriate posting of "no right turn on red light" signs and/or the equivalent international symbol.

Unless otherwise stated in this chapter, any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an infraction.
