City of South Gate, CA Chapter 7.70 STANDARDS AND TRAINING FOR CORRECTIONS PROGRAM (STC)

§ 7.70.010 Adherence to board of corrections selection and training standards.

That while receiving any state aid pursuant to Article 3, commencing with Section 6040 of the California Penal Code, the city of South Gate will adhere to the standards for selection and training established by the board of corrections of the state of California.
