The city adopts by reference the California Historic Building Code as set forth in Part 8 of Title 24 of the California Administrative Code, as from time to time amended.
One copy of the California Historic Building Code is on file in the office of the city building official.

Permits shall be issued in accordance with the California Building Code set forth in Chapter 13.04 and the fees charged for such permits shall be as set forth in that chapter.
