The council may by resolution establish fees for any permits or any services issued or performed under the provisions of the California Electrical Code.

In the event that added inspection fees due for any previous inspections have not been paid as required by this title, the fees shall be paid upon request and before any subsequent inspection for any electrical installation is made.
