This chapter is enacted for the purpose of prohibiting skateboards, roller skates, coasters, toy vehicles and other similar devices on the public right of-way.

The use of skateboards, roller skates, coasters, toy vehicles, and other similar devices on the public right-of-way within the city is prohibited.

Violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $100.00 for each violation.
