There is hereby adopted for the City of Mountlake Terrace the classification of Noncharter Code City.

The City shall retain its present form of government, to-wit: the Council-Manager plan, pursuant to RCW 35A.02.130.

The City Clerk shall transmit a copy of the ordinance codified hereof to the Secretary of State of the state of Washington for filing in the manner and form required by law.
