Unless otherwise specified below, the application and review procedures, as described in Chapter 14.09.030 of this code, shall apply to the tentative parcel map process. This includes, but is not limited to, information on fees, public notices, and hearing, and appeals.
A. 
The form and content of the tentative parcel map shall be in accordance with Section 14.11.020.020.
B. 
The Director of Community Development may require additional information or waive any of the requirements if the location and nature of the proposed tentative parcel map or existing documentation demonstrates that waiving the requirements is justified and is not necessary to review and process the application.
C. 
The Director of Community Development shall forward copies of the tentative parcel map and pertinent information to affected public agencies and utility companies for their comments and recommendations.

A. 
The Director of Community Development, when approving a tentative parcel map, shall adopt findings of fact consistent with Section 14.11.020.050.A.
B. 
The Director of Community Development when denying the tentative parcel map shall adopt findings of fact consistent with Section 14.11.020.050.B.

The approval of the tentative parcel map shall expire 24 months from the date of its approval by the decision maker. The expiration of the tentative parcel map may be extended in accordance with the provisions of Section 14.11.020.070.
