The limits referred to in Section 5806.2 of the California Fire Code, in which storage of flammable cryogenic fluids in stationary containers located outside of buildings is prohibited, are hereby established as follows: within 500 feet of the boundary of any zoning district or area designated for residential use.

The limits referred to in Section 5704.2.9.6.1 of the California Fire Code, in which the storage of Class I and Class II flammable or combustible liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited, are hereby established as follows: areas not zoned IP (industrial park) and/or not specifically designated for such use in a City policy plan or specific plan.
