The following sections of the Revised Code of Washington, as presently constituted or hereinafter amended, are adopted by reference as the code of the City of Everson:
Leaving children unattended in parked automobile.
Unlawful harboring of a minor – Penalty – Defense – Prosecution of adult for involving child in commission of offense.
Providing shelter to minor – Requirement to notify parent, law enforcement, or department.
Selling or giving tobacco to minor – Belief of representative capacity, no defense – Penalty.
Definitions.
Furnishing liquor to minors – Possession, use – Penalties – Exhibition of effects – Exceptions.
Minor purchasing or attempting to purchase liquor – Penalty.
Minors frequenting off-limits area – Misrepresentation of age – Penalty – Classification of licensees.
Unlawful transfer to minor of age identification.
Preparation or acquisition and supply to persons under age 21 of facsimile of official identification card – Penalty.
Employees 18 years and over allowed to sell and handle beer and wine for certain licensed employers.
Employees 18 years and over allowed to serve and carry liquor, clean up, etc., for certain licensed employers.
Purchasing, possessing by persons under 18 years – Civil infraction – Jurisdiction.

It shall be unlawful for any minor to get on or off, to get on or catch hold of, to run alongside of or in front of, or attempt to get on or catch hold of or alight from any railroad train, railroad engine, or railroad car in the City while the same is in motion. Violation of this section is a simple misdemeanor.
