It is unlawful for any person to ride a skateboard or similar coaster device upon any public property within the City where notice of such prohibition has been posted.
It is unlawful for any person to place any skateboard ramp, half pipe and/or similar physical structure upon which skateboarding and/or skating is conducted, or which is used in conjunction with skateboarding and/or skating, upon any public property where notice of such prohibition has been posted.
Any act or omission declared unlawful by the provisions of this chapter is an infraction punishable by a fine in an amount specified in Section 1.04.010 of this code.
