The Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) shall consist of: the Director of Public Works, the Director of Community Development, the County Sheriff, the Fire Chief, and the Director of Parks and Recreation or their respective designees.
.031 Quorum. Any three (3) such members or designees thereof shall constitute a quorum for purposes of conducting business.
.032 Secretary. The Director of Community Development or designee thereof shall serve as the official secretary to the Board of Zoning Administration and shall cause records of determinations and actions of the Board, and documents and correspondence pertaining thereto, to be prepared and to be maintained for record purposes.
.033 Meeting Schedule. The Board of Zoning Adjustments shall meet at such intervals as may be determined necessary to consider land use applications subject to its decisions in a timely manner.
