For the purpose of this chapter, unless otherwise apparent from the context, certain words and phrases used in this chapter are defined as follows:
"Board"refers to the Board of County Commissioners.
"Excessive Noise"means:
1. A person commits the offense of "excessive noise" if the person intentionally or recklessly makes or allows unreasonable noise which annoys or alarms one or more persons.
2. In determining if a noise is unreasonable, the trier of fact shall consider the volume, character, duration, and time of day of the noise.
3. Excessive noise is a violation. All provisions of the Oregon Criminal Code concerning violations apply to this chapter.
