Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe Chapter 15.02 Jurisdiction

§ 15.02.01 Domestic Violence Court Established.

There is established for the Port Gamble S’Klallam Community Court a division of Tribal Court known as the “Domestic Violence Court.” The jurisdiction of the Domestic Violence Court includes right to issue all order necessary to carry out the purposes of this code.

§ 15.02.02 General Jurisdiction.

Jurisdiction over domestic and family violence matters shall be in accordance with the Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribal Law and Order Code and applicable Port Gamble S’Klallam Court rules.
