For statutory provisions requiring all city offices to be kept open during such days and hours as the legislative body of the city shall by ordinance prescribe, see RCW 35A.12.020.
In accordance with RCW 35A.21.070, the city council of the city of Prosser hereby establishes the office hours for all city offices to be from eight a.m. to five p.m. Monday through Friday of each week, except for legal holidays. The mayor, or his or her designee, may temporarily adjust office hours or close city offices because of either adverse weather conditions or other emergency.
