The city of Prosser hereby adopts Benton County Ordinance Number 470 and Benton County Resolution Number 2015-153 together with the case weighting system adopted by the Benton and Franklin Counties office of public defense, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended by Benton County, to establish indigent defense standards as required by RCW 10.101.030.
