City of Prosser, WA Chapter 2.125 DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY

§ 2.125.010 Findings.

A drug and alcohol policy is necessary to ensure the citizens of Prosser and the city of Prosser that employees are performing their duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.

§ 2.125.020 Authority to create policy.

The mayor, or his or her designee, is authorized to create and maintain administrative policies and to draft forms to create a drug and alcohol policy.
