Duties of the Parks, Arts, and Recreation Board shall include the following:
(1)
Advise the City Council on the allocation of Parks, Arts, and Recreation (PAR) tax dollars;
(2)
Advise the City Council on long-range planning and policy matters related to parks, arts, and recreation; and
(3)
Perform any other duties deemed appropriate and assigned by the Mayor.
