Pursuant to Title 31, Article, 16, Part 2, C.R.S., the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2024 Edition, as published by the International Code Council, 4051 West Flossmoor Road, Country Club Hills, IL 60478, Chapters 1 through 11 inclusive, is hereby adopted by reference as the Town of Johnstown Swimming Pool and Spa Code as if fully set out in this ordinance.

Where, in any specific case, different sections of this Code, the zoning code or other ordinances of the Town specify different materials, methods of construction or other requirements, the most restrictive shall govern.

The International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2024 Edition, adopted herein, is hereby modified with the following additions, deletions and/or insertions:

ISPSC Section 103.1 (Creation of Agency) is amended by adding "Town of Johnstown" where indicated.
