Chapter 3.28 SMALL WORKS ROSTER

There is established a small works roster. The roster shall be comprised of all contractors who have requested to be placed on the roster. The city administrator shall maintain the roster and it shall be open for public inspection during regular business hours.

§ 3.28.020 Contractors – Licensing and bonding required.

No contractor shall be allowed to be placed on the small works roster unless he is licensed and bonded as required by state law.

§ 3.28.030 Contract procedure – Public work.

§ 3.28.040 Contract procedure – Information required.

The designated city official shall give to each contractor an estimate of the scope and nature of the work to be performed, and materials and equipment to be furnished. He shall also advise the contractor the date by which any proposal must be submitted to the city.

§ 3.28.050 Contract procedure – Awarding.

The city shall award the contract to the contractor submitting the lowest responsible bid; provided, however, the city shall reserve the right to reject all bids.

§ 3.28.060 Purchase of materials, equipment, supplies, or services.
