The current edition of the International Residential Code, including Appendices F, G and R, published by the International Code Council, as adopted and hereafter amended by the State Building Code Council in Chapter 51-51 WAC, is hereby adopted by reference with the following exceptions: excluding Chapter 1, Chapter 11, and Chapters 25 through 43.
