Effective January 18, 2002, the hours of operation of city offices will be from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; provided, that the city manager may alter the hours of operation of city offices on a temporary basis, as the city manager deems necessary for the efficient operation of the city.
