Any deed, conveyance or transfer of an interest in real property can only be accepted by resolution of the County council.

No deed, conveyance or other transfer of real estate to the County shall be valid and binding unless accepted by the County council as provided in SJCC § 2.28.010 and, in the event no action is taken by the County council, any instrument that might be delivered or recorded by mistake, inadvertence or otherwise, shall be null and void.
