§ 2.12.010 State law adopted.

RCW 35A.12.020 is adopted as to the appointment of the city clerk.

§ 2.12.020 Appointment and confirmation.

The city clerk is, and shall be, appointed by the mayor, which appointment is subject to confirmation by a majority vote of the city council.
