There is hereby created a fund known as the Schlotfeldt fund for the promotion of historical and pioneering history of the city and its vicinity.

The amount deposited in this fund is from the Schlotfeldt estate, with any and all other accruals, and shall be used for the promotion of historical and pioneering history of the city and the vicinity.
