City of Enumclaw, WA Chapter 2.116 WHISTLEBLOWER PROTECTION

§ 2.116.010 Incorporation by reference.

The city hereby incorporates by reference the Local Government Whistleblower Protection Act, Chapter 42.41 RCW, and amendments thereto.

§ 2.116.020 Statutory severability.

Should any provision of Chapter 42.41 RCW and amendments thereto be determined to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this chapter and Chapter 42.41 RCW shall remain in force and effect.

§ 2.116.030 Copy on file.

A copy of Chapter 42.41 RCW shall be available to the public at the office of the city clerk during normal business hours.

§ 2.116.040 Enforcement agency list.

The city clerk shall be responsible for annually updating the list of agencies responsible for enforcing federal, state and local laws and investigating other issues involving improper governmental action.
