In the event that it is physically impossible to park a dumpster or storage container off-street, an application for a temporary on-street parking permit may be made to the Borough's Code Enforcement Officer and/or designee, who shall issue the permit if he/she concurs with the impossibility of off-street parking. The permit shall be valid for a period of 10 days.

Permit valid for 10 days.
B.
Must be approved prior to placement.
C.
If over 10 days, application for extension must be submitted prior to the expiration of the existing permit. Maximum of two extensions are permitted.
D.
Off-street parking of dumpsters and storage containers limited to maximum of 30 days.
