The following definitions shall apply herein:
"Department"
means the Anchorage Fire Department.
"Facility"
means any developed or undeveloped land, building, fixtures or equipment administered, operated or managed by the department.
"Fire chief"
means the fire chief of the department or a designee.

Use permit and revocable license fees for all or any portion of a facility shall be reviewed annually and modified by the fire chief. Increased or newly established fees will be made available for public inspection and comment in conjunction with public hearings on the municipal operating budget in the fall of each year. A complete schedule of use permit and revocable license fees shall be available for inspection at the fire chief's office. Fees may be waived by the fire chief upon a finding it is in the public interest to do so.
