(1) “Urban”
means land use developments, including residences and commercial or manufacturing where the population density is equivalent to one dwelling unit per net acre or a minimum of five persons per acre. Urban also means any land development that includes stores, shopping areas, and manufacturing facilities of a city type concentration.
(2) “Population concentration”
means any land development in any portion of the county where the density of population shall be equivalent to five persons per acre or where residential development shall equal one dwelling unit per net acre.
(3) “Environmental health facilities”
as used herein means or refers to approved public water and sewage treatment systems, solid waste disposal, and air pollution control.
(4) “On-site sewage disposal system”
means any method of disposal other than a public system located upon a tract less than one acre in size or where there are five or more persons living upon said acre.
(5) “Approved sanitary sewer system”
means a public sewage collection and treatment facility. This does not mean a septic tank, or an Imhoff tank.
(6) “Pollution”
means an undesirable change in the physical, chemical, or biological characteristics of our water that may or will harmfully affect human life or that of other desirable species.
