Town of Sahuarita, AZ Chapter 12.40 PENALTIES

§ 12.40.010 Violations – Classification.

A. Unless otherwise indicated herein, any violation of this title is a class 1 misdemeanor.

B. Any violation of Chapter 12.20 STC is a class 3 misdemeanor.

§ 12.40.020 Wasting or abusing athletic facility lighting.

The person or persons responsible for causing night lighting of any parks and recreation department athletic facility who fails to extinguish the lights after use of the facility is completed shall be subject to a minimum civil penalty of $40.00. Repeated violations may result in revocation of the privilege of being able to reserve any athletic facilities for nighttime use for a period of one year.
