The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this Article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Tobacco use or consumption of any sort is prohibited in any and all Township recreational areas, including all Parks, playgrounds, ball fields, walking trails and parking lots, and on Township Property.
Violators of this Ordinance will be immediately ejected from the Park, recreational areas and Township Property. Whosoever violates any of the provisions of this Article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to pay a fine not to exceed $500, plus the costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, may be imprisoned for a period not to exceed 30 days.
