A. 
It is unlawful for any person to point or shoot an air gun, bow and arrow or crossbow at any person or at the property of another, or to arm or discharge such weapons in the direction of the person or property of another.
B. 
As used in this section, the words “air gun” mean and include the following: air guns, air pistols, air rifles, BB guns and toys or other guns of any kind or nature when designed, contrived, modified or used to propel, by compressed air or spring-loaded plunger, any pellet, dart, darttipped arrow, bean, pea, BB, rock or other hard substance.
C. 
Any person convicted of a violation of the provisions of this section is guilty of a gross misdemeanor and, in addition to any other punishment imposed by the court, the court may direct that the weapon so used in violation of the provisions hereof be confiscated and destroyed.
D. 
This prohibition does not apply to the discharge of firearms by law enforcement officers engaged in the performance of their official powers or duties.

A. 
Firearms that are: (1) judicially forfeited and no longer needed for evidence; or (2) forfeited due to a failure to make a claim under RCW 63.32.010 or 64.40.010 may be disposed by the city.
B. 
The city may destroy, retain, trade, auction or arrange for an auction of forfeited firearms obtained on or after June 30, 1993, pursuant to Section 9.40.010, adopting by reference RCW 9.41.098.
C. 
The city may retain the proceeds of any trade or auction of forfeited firearms.

A. 
Unless otherwise provided, any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
B. 
Such penalty is in addition to any other remedies or penalties specifically provided by law. For each act herein prohibited of a continuing nature, each day shall be considered a separate offense.
