As used in this article:
Shall mean any parks, recreational areas, school property, libraries, municipal properties, pathways, theaters, malls, parking areas or public places, restaurants open to the public and located in the Township of Roxbury.
Shall mean any product made from the tobacco plant or containing tobacco leaf for the purpose of smoking, chewing, inhaling and other personal use, including but not limited to cigars, chewing tobacco, pipe tobacco, snuff, vaping products, electronic smoking devices (e-cigarettes), and cigarettes in any form.

It shall be a violation of this article for any person under the age of 21 years to possess a tobacco product in any school or public place.

This article shall not be deemed to prohibit persons under the age of 21 years from performing the necessary handling of tobacco or cannabis products when acting as the agent of the minor's employer within the scope of employment.
b.
This article shall not apply to the possession of tobacco or cannabis products by minors as part of law enforcement efforts to curtail the sale of tobacco products to persons under the age of 21 years.

Violations of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of $100.
