RCW Title 9, as amended, is adopted by reference as the criminal code of the city insofar as it pertains to and is within the jurisdiction of the city.

RCW Title 9A, the State Criminal Code, as applicable, is made the criminal code of the city. Such criminal code, as now enacted or as shall be hereafter amended, is and shall continue to be the criminal code of the city and RCW Title 9A is made a part of this chapter as if it were set out in full herein and all of the referenced parts of RCW Title 9A are made the law of the city.

Every person convicted of a gross misdemeanor as defined in RCW Title 9A shall be punished under the terms of that title.

Chapter 69.50 RCW, the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, is made a part of the criminal code of the city. Such criminal code, as now enacted or as shall be hereafter amended, is and shall continue to be the criminal code of the city and Chapter 69.50 RCW is made a part of this chapter as if it were set out in full herein and all of the referenced parts of Chapter 69.50 RCW are made the law of the city.

Chapter 66.44 RCW, the Washington State Alcohol Enforcement Laws, as applicable, is made a part of the criminal code of the city. Such criminal code, as now enacted or as shall be hereafter amended, is and shall continue to be the criminal code of the city and Chapter 66.44 RCW is made a part of this chapter as if it were set out in full herein and all of the referenced parts of Chapter 66.44 RCW are made the law of the city.
