No person shall reside or dwell in a tent, recreational vehicle, or other non-permanent-type shelter unless such tent, recreational vehicle or other non-permanent-type shelter is located in a state-approved campground. The foregoing shall not prohibit the occasional and sporadic use of a tent, recreational vehicle or other non-permanent-type shelter as an accessory use of a residential dwelling unit, provided such tent, recreational vehicle or other non-permanent-type shelter is used no more than 20 days per year for dwelling purposes.
