The purpose of this chapter is to establish a comprehensive schedule of fees for various applications and permits authorized pursuant to MMC Title 22.
It is also the purpose of this chapter to consolidate the various fees.

(1) 
The city shall review and adjust fees as necessary every five years based on the cost of fee service.
(2) 
The community development department is authorized to charge and collect the following fees:

(3) 
If final decisions are issued after the review time frame set forth in MMC § 22G.010.010(3), then the following fee refunds shall apply:

Twenty percent refund if the final decision was issued after the applicable deadline and the additional time exceeded 20 percent of the review time frame.
