No owner or operator of a mobile home park shall permit the occupancy of a mobile home within the park which does not comply with the following requirements.

Mobile homes shall not be parked within eight feet of any service building, nor closer than 15 feet from any other mobile home or accessory building on an adjacent lot.

Occupied mobile homes shall be parked on mobile home lots intended for that purpose.

Every plumbing fixture and water and waste pipe in mobile homes shall be maintained in a good, sanitary working condition free from defects, leaks and obstructions.

Every occupant of a mobile home shall keep in a clean and sanitary condition that part of the premises which he occupies and controls.
