A.
When two vehicles approach or enter an intersection from different streets at approximately the same time, the driver of the vehicle on the left shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle on the right, except that the driver of a vehicle on a terminating street shall yield the right-of-way to the driver of any vehicle on the intersecting continuing cross street.
B.
The right-of-way rule declared in subsection A of this section is modified at through streets and otherwise as stated in this chapter.
C.
For the purposes of this section, the term "terminating street" means a street which intersects, but does not continue beyond the intersection, with another street which does continue in each direction beyond the intersection.
