There is created a stormwater utility fund into which shall be placed all appropriations to the stormwater utility and any and all revenues received from charges for services rendered or sale of products of the stormwater utility.

The stormwater utility fund shall be used to pay all obligations of the stormwater utility for salaries, supplies, services and equipment, and the maintenance and repair of the stormwater system of the city.
