City of Hubbard, OR Chapter 2.25 LOCAL CONTRACT REVIEW BOARD

§ 2.25.010 Contract review board.

Pursuant to ORS 279.055, the council of the city of Hubbard is hereby continued as the city contract review board. The board shall have all the powers granted it by ORS 279.055.

§ 2.25.020 Rules of the board.

The board shall not exercise its authority until it has adopted rules by resolution to carry out its powers and duties.

§ 2.25.030 Filing.

The city administrator or designee shall file a copy of the ordinance codified in this chapter with the board of county commissioners of Marion County.
