§ 2.26.010 Preservation, transferal or destruction in accordance with statutory provisions. Public records of the city, as defined in RCW 40.14.010, shall be preserved, transferred and destroyed in accordance with Chapter 40.14 RCW and Washington Administrative Code regulations promulgated thereunder.(Ord. 688 § 1, 1981)
