Any license issued under the authority of the state to engage in any legal gambling activities shall be legal authority to engage in the gambling activities for which the license was issued throughout the city of Leavenworth, except as otherwise specified in this chapter.

For the purposes of this chapter, the words and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as each has under Chapter 9.46 RCW, and under the rules of the Washington State Gambling Commission, WAC Title 230, as said definitions presently exist or are hereafter amended, unless otherwise specifically provided or the context in which they are used in this chapter clearly indicates that they are given some other meaning.

In accordance with RCW 9.46.295, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended, the following gambling activities are prohibited within the city:
The conduct or operation of social card games as commercial stimulants by profit seeking organizations, as defined in WAC 230-04-203, license type card games, Class E and Class F, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended.

Any violation of this chapter is a public nuisance per se and is a misdemeanor.
