It shall be the duty of the city clerk-treasurer to keep account of the violations of Chapter 10.08 LMC.
A.
The Chelan County sheriff or sheriff designee and/or city administrator or designee shall keep an account of and report to the city clerk-treasurer the name of the violator, if known, the license number of the vehicle, together with the model and make thereof, the nature and date and hour of the violation, and any other facts, a knowledge of which is necessary to a thorough understanding of the circumstances attending each violation.
B.
The Chelan County sheriff or sheriff designee and/or city administrator or designee shall attach to such vehicle a notice stating that it has been parked in violation of the parking regulations and instructing the owner or operator to report to the city clerk-treasurer at the City Hall in regard to such violation.
